🗄️ Docs report

It would be really useful to know how Scully will help us with our accessibility. I understand that this is a static site generator, but having a page like:
https://www.11ty.dev/docs/accessibility/
https://www.gatsbyjs.com/accessibility-statement/

Indicates that this is on your radar and that you are testing to see that your framework isn't introducing accessibility errors into a project.

Description

The accessibility statement should cover a range of things to see that everyone is able to enjoy using sites built with Scully. Thinking about people with permanent, temporary or situational disabilities is key for organizations looking to build brand trust and a solid customer experience.

I strongly recommend having a feedback loop in any accessibility statement so that people who run into inaccessible defaults or bad documentation are encouraged to report it.

The W3C has provided this one https://www.w3.org/WAI/planning/statements/ but there are others.

🔬 Minimal Reproduction

What's the affected URL?**

Generally, the accessibility section is linked from the footer of your project site. It could just go to:
https://scully.io/docs/learn/accessibility

or heck https://scully.io/accessibility

Whatever makes sense for your content strategy.
