Here are the latest results with the graph modifications discussed during are last meeting (modified: labels and automatic bisection). Results are still extremely similar, i will now do the same comparison for T1w images.

this is great @PaulBautin ! could you please also use the same x/y ticks (it is visually easier to interpret, because the purpose of this graph is to assess the level of agreement between the X and Y axes (so they need to be exactly the same). thanks!

Is this what you meant @jcohenadad? (grid is squared with same scaling)

you could also use the same offset (ie: having the bissection being the diagonal of the square)
