Error .vimrc "syntax error near unexpected token `('" #2

I'm not finding which is wrong in this line

set statusline+=%{(&fenc!='utf-8'&&&fenc!='')?'['.&fenc.']':''}

I getting the error below:

bash: .vimrc: line 32: syntax error near unexpected token `('

bash: .vimrc: line 32: `set statusline+=%{(&fenc!='utf-8'&&&fenc!='')?'['.&fenc.']':''}'
