Can't get passphrase from keychain #387

On macOS 10.15.4, the "provide the passphrase" prompt is shown at every launch. Each time, a new entry is added to the keychain.

Codesigning the app bundle does not help.

Also encountered this problem after deleting the previously-working stored passphrase from the MacOS Keychain.
