Handle the -- More -- prompt in large ssh results.

I'm using the generic driver to get the configuration of a device. The problem is that this configuration is very large and spans several pages, and instead of the prompt appearing, --MORE-- appears, which obviously causes the library to time out. When I use the version of the platform that corresponds, it works fine, but I need to use the generic driver.

just send "term len 0" or whatever your platforms pagination disabling command is before you send "show run" or whatever makes the large output.
