As you all know, some languages have different names for specific keys.

That is the case of the key "Enter" [En], which in other languages is "Intro" [Es] or "Sartu" [Eu].
There could be infinite examples, but I think you all got the point.

This translations could be done:

  • Creating new .kbd files (note that in some .kbd-s, es.kbd for example, is only the layout what changes, but not the names, which are still in English)
  • Using .pot/.po/.mo files (the Gettext protocol)
    • Asking translators to PR with their translations (e.g. Ardour's reporitory, look at .gitignore too)
    • Using a web-translate platform, as Weblate or Transifex

It would be great!
