The generic instagram influencer video that's on the amazon-page, seems to indicate the wheel already has clicking detents without power. Whatever their "active tech adaptive accuracy range adjustment algorithm" (TM TM) might be, it doesn't seem to be virtual detents?

I do like their slanted stand and push-buttons though. Saving some reference material for when I finally get to build a smartknob ;)
