Todo list for improved topoplots:

Electrode locations with varying sizes, colors, and fill styles (or completely disable)
Optional electrode labels
Linestyle options (color, thickness)
Add ears to the head

Not really a topoplot thing, but closely related:

Refactor spherical spline interpolation
- scikit-learn style class with fit/transform/etc. methods
- Support current source density estimation (2nd derivative of interpolation)
