Detailed description

Idea for a potential implementation in order to generate a SpinKube's SpinApp: https://www.spinkube.dev/docs/reference/spin-app/.

Context

It will allow users to deploy SpinApp from Score. This should be a new repo somewhere, not mandatory to be under the score-spec Org yet, it could be in a personal GH account/org. The community could help, provide feedback and iterate with whoever who would like to start this.

Possible implementation

Using this template https://github.com/score-spec/score-implementation-sample and generate the SpinApp manifest based on this spec: https://www.spinkube.dev/docs/reference/spin-app/.
