Reaper state files are inherently persistent and query-able, while the logging is not. I'd like a way to answer a wide variety of questions when investigating production issues.

  • Create histogram segmented by week/day/hour for Images/sec pulling from scanner (Reaped)
  • Create histogram segmented by week/day/hour for Images/sec analyizing pulled data (Inspected)
  • Create histogram segmented by week/day/hour for Images/sec transforming pulled data (Compressed)
  • Create histogram segmented by week/day/hour for Images/sec Uploading pulled data (Uploaded)
  • Find all time points for all series belonging to a single study for manual review.
  • Create histogram segmented by duration between identification that series was ready, and the pulling of it started.
