  • Add packit automation
  • Cover tests for using UseCython.cmake for pure CMake
  • Move the *.cmake files to /usr/share/cmake. Need to patch cmake.module entry-point. (Using a symbolic link instead)
  • Split the package into python and cmake-only
  • Which scikit-build-core should be used for the PR CIs: nightly, release or downstream?

This PR is more-or-less ready, there is one question though, why is cython not included in the project.dependencies?
