Should the following be included to this project:

ParseCMakeCache added in VTK in https://gitlab.kitware.com/vtk/vtk/merge_requests/334
CMakeParser.py added in Slicer. See https://github.com/Slicer/Slicer/blob/master/Utilities/Scripts/SlicerWizard/CMakeParser.py

Or should a dedicated project project be created (e.g python-cmake-parser) ?
