SPIKE: manual testing after api update

Story

https://github.com/assaydepot/rx/pull/24958 was merged to staging. since we don't have all of our cypress specs in order yet (ref: #341), we need to manually test the app to ensure nothing is broken.

Acceptance Criteria

• able to browse services
• able to create a new request
• able to view the request
• able to send a message on the request
• able to upload files and/or images on the request

Testing Instructions and Sample Files

• use "acme-staging" as the provider. (ref: https://github.com/scientist-softserv/webstore/wiki/Environment-Variables)
