These tests seem unsupported by modern PyMOL versions (like 2.5.6), see schrodinger/pymol-testing#9 Add `--with-mmlibs` and `--with-undo` options to enable these tests.

cd testing python -m pytestResult with latest (Sep 1, 2023) pymol-open-source:
Result with incentive pymol 2.5.6:
Because
mmlibsandundotests are not supported by PyMOL 2.5, I disabled them by default.
