Please add a manual page

To be a proper CLI application, wego should have a manual page. It should describe its purpose, how it is invoked, and also how it is configured - especially given that configuration is currently mandatory.

So https://github.com/muesli/mango exists for example that would be low maintenance to upkeep. It would also mean that dep would need to be imported into Debian as well. Luckily that's already in Debian: https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/golang-github-muesli-mango

It's to run the binary during build to export a manpage, yes. It doesn't need to be committed in the source for the packaging.
