We got feedback from one of our customers.

The customer usually needs to temporarily pause two targets (releases) every time because the releases are using the same database. The customer considers it would be convenient if scalar-admin-for-kubernetes could support pausing multiple releases at the same execution.

We are considering making the -r and -n options repeatable to keep them backward compatible.
