Did you try adding the jfrog repositories to the settings for Metals? There is a setting around that, just search for repositories |

Thanks Tomsaz,
The coursier url has been set to artifactory and also the custom
repositories section has been updated to point to the local remote of
mavenCentral.
As I mentioned earlier, it's unable to fetch scala.meta.metals.main class.
The scala code is setup as a haven project and maven seems to be working
without any issues.

Hi all,
I am working for a client who uses VSCode as their IDE and we need to build a scala code for them using their infrastructure. They have their own setup of using lockedup machines which connect to maven repositories using their JFrog artifactory. They already had VSCode installed in there and we just installed the Metals plugin using VSIX.
However I am unable to get the metals server up and running.
The error on the console is
