Get snapshot version of metals

Sorry, this may be a dumb question, but how to configure to get the snapshot version of metals?

Because in the official document it is written: coursier bootstrap org.scalameta:metals_2.13:0.11.9+161-c4f0f913-SNAPSHOT -o metals -f, which does not work. Is there a repository for snapshot version or does that mean we have to build it locally?

Actually it should be coursier bootstrap -r sonatype:snapshots org.scalameta:metals_2.13:0.11.9+161-c4f0f913-SNAPSHOT -o metals -f , we need to update that document
