Totally. If you know a bit of CSS/HTML etc you can edit the page however you wish but if you want to do a quick logo swap, you can go to static/images/updog.png and replace it with an image that should result in the same amount of pixels wide & tall.

Make sure the image also is a PNG file and to get better results, have a transparent background as to make it smoothly transition however you wish. Hope this helps...

*edit: If you want to edit the favicon (the icon that the browser uses for the tab icon), you should make the logo a ICO file and make it aprox ~ 64x64px.
Replace the file static/images/favicon.png and you're set.
