Dashboard Information

There's currently a lot of information there about what changed in tickets. But I would prefer if all the 'reassigned' and 'assigned' information is something I can view OPTIONALLY when I'm viewing the ticket details.

Instead having a distinct list of all the recently changed tickets, showing the time of change and the current status would be really helpful.

Also I imagine a section showing all the unassigned tickets would be great.

Just some new thoughts on this:

Following the upcoming new design draft for this we could have switchable views here.

1. Event based list view ( similar in function to the current view reflecting our new messaging events)
2. User based icon grid view (showing user icons with colored counters)
3. Project based icon grid view (showing project icons with colored counters)

in the user profile the user could then select his preferred initial dashboard view.
