Hi!

Is this update online? I still can't use the version installed using Chocolatey.

We haven't had a chance to do this. For now, you can install via NPM (npm install -g sass-migrator) or download the standalone Windows binary

NPM version didn't work either. I fixed the chocolatey version by hand.
