On another dev application route, I have the following URL...
https://94023d8dtrial-dev-com-sap-mdk-demo.cfapps.us10-001.hana.ondemand.com

In Step 5, on manifest.yml I added the line...
host: doylet.cfapps.us10-001.hana.ondemand.com-62259
and in Step 4 of the next tutorial, I obtained the application route...
https://doyletcfappsus10-001hanaondemandcom-62259.apps.internal

That resulting URL doesn't work. What could be wrong?
