- 2 cups/240g flour
- 0.25 cup/49.5g of sugar
- 0.5 cup / 113.3g of plain yogurt
- 0.125 cup/24.75g of vegetable oil
- 4 bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix sugar, yogurt, and vegetable oil together.
- Mash 4 bananas and add to the mixture.
- Separately mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
- If desired, add in chocolate chips.
- Mix the dry and wet ingredients together slowly.
- Pour the mixture into a greased bread pan.
- If desired, top with sliced almonds.
- Place in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
