Format for numbering : up to 20 characters (mix of letters numbers and underscores) e.g. SIBAGMRA12_09v1

To be editable on the configure page
Dropdown list on manual entry
Both manual and file uploader (file here)
On manual to be in tissue information section
Mandatory for all blocks
Add to sample_labware_view
