Expand filtering to include more complex filter interaction in Parameter Space model

• Add OR operation between filters in Parameter Space
• Add string filtering: contains
• sophisticated filtering would allow a flow chart connected by booleans that allow serial and parallel logic paths, like a viz capability one might use in querying a database
