More Project Info

Right now the featured project section just links to Github.
We should have some more information about the projects. Case study/blog post/page about them? It would be awesome to have a few words from the people working on each project, as well as the researcher chiming in. Then some information on the project, what our process was, what went well, what could be improved, and a demo link that doesn't interfere with the real data.

Should we just host that on Medium?

I think MVP for this is a project page with more details about the purpose of the project, who worked on it, who it's for, tech details, etc. Blog posts and case studies can come later.

I think blog posts should come later, and this expanded view on the details of each project can link to to the blogpost rather than the details being the blogpost.
