Create Student Page

We want to have a student page on the website with all the info a student needs (similar to the apply page). In order to do this, we need to create a new page and follow the figma designs.
Note: this ticket is not requiring you to implement the entire page. What's required is outlined below.

• Create a new page
• Link the page to the tab in the nav bar (can only be done after ___ ticket is done)
• Copy over the values and roles from the apply page (no need to update the styling yet)
