I found there are two erratas in README.md.

  1. The keypoint file, img-keypoints.zip, should be put in dataset/Img/ rather than dataset/. Otherwise, after extracted, the folder structure is dataset/img-keypoints.

  2. After extracted model.tar.gz, the folder name we just extracted is Untitled Folder but not model.

in read_keypoint.py
weights_path = "./keras_Realtime_Multi-Person_Pose_Estimation/model/keras/model.h5"

Do you have 'model.h5'？
