[Windows GUI bug] Add friend and user info windows expand to the right

For some reason the add friend and user info windows keep expanding to the right.

To replicate, install the GUI version of nxapi onto a Windows machine and add a Nintendo Account for NSO. Click on a friend's icon or open the tray menu > your nickname > add friend.
