Do you want to store the image to the file system programmatically without
user interaction?
You can't do that on the web at the moment, but take a look at the Native
File System API: available as an origin trial in Chrome 78
<https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2019/08/native-file-system>,
beta in September, stable in October.
Alternatively, you could add a download button like the example at
simpl.info/mediarecorder. (And, of course, you can simply tap-hold or
right/ctrl-click to save an image locally.)
