N1 limit stuck to 85% #449

Describe the bug

no matter what flex temp or CLB1/2/3 i select, the N1 is always at 85%. it used to change depending on temperature and CLB rate.

Expected behaviour

N1 limit should change based on SEL temp and CLB1/2/3 selection.

Steps to reproduce

load into a 747 at any good airport
request flight plan from SIMBrief
initialize performance by entering thrust limit data SEL temp and CLB1
N1 is always stuck to 85%

Setting thrust limits is INOP as they would be redone.
