Doesn't work on Heroku

Hi, I tried to deploy the project through Heroku, after forking the repo and change the name, but it didn't work. I used the deploy through template link of Heroku (https://heroku.com/deploy?template=https://github.com/USERNAME/PROJECT), but Heroku answered " No app.json located in the repo URL provided. Make sure that an app.json file exists in the project root directory." I attach also a screenshot.
