Download and extract wifi-manager.zip in to a desired location
-
Create 3 databsaes with name dashboard, summary, portal Note : if you wish to use a dummy data set to test the system, ignore step 3 & 4 and follo instructions (Only for dummy dataset)
-
Update the database conection configurations in wifi-manager/resources/scripts/setup_configs.sh
-
Execute wifi-manager/resources/scripts/setup.sh - This will instal the initial database
Only for dummy dataset.
- Extract dummy data files (portal.sql.zip, summary.sql.zip, dashboard.sql.zip) in wifi-manager/sql/dummydata folder.
- Import each dummy data set by sourcing the data file Ex : mysql> USER portal; mysql> source portal.sql;
- Update the databse configurations in wifi-manager/configs/congifs.yaml
- Start the server by running wifi-manager/bin/server.sh start
- A dummy data set is located under wifi-manager/server/resources/sql/dummydata folder
- unzip portaldump.sql.zip and source the file to portal database
