No way to specify subtemplates in cherokee+PGSQL config

The 000_config.py requires a subtemplate like like SAMBRO.AlertHub to be specified as
settings.base.template = "SAMBRO","SAMBRO.AlertHub"

However, giving the string as above as the input to "What template should we use?" it still doesn't get into 000_config.py the appropriate way? Have to manually go and fix it.

Being a set of 'manual' scripts, I don't expect to see this resolved...setting it post-install is a reasonable workaround...although happy to accept patches from anyone who wants to work on this.
NB The nginx scripts are better maintained than the Cherokee ones, but I don't think these support multiple templates during the install either
