instrument issues #264
Comments
I found a similar issue, but I am not sure if this is the case or if I have misunderstood the purpose of channels. |
Make sure each instrument has it's own channel, and that no two instruments that you want to have different sounds are in the same channel, otherwise it will merge the two together and only make one sound. For instance if you have a synth, piano, and guitar, you'd set the synth to channel 1, the piano to channel 2, and the guitar to channel 3. If you suddenly decide you want the synth track to play what's on the guitar channel, you can just change the guitar track's "voice" to a synth and set it to channel 1 instead of channel 3, rather than having duplicate instruments on different channels. |
