3 bugs

Hi, I have three problems:

1. structures sometimes spawn like this (although it is at least 500 blocks from each other)

• when does this happen?
• I met 2 possible situations: 1) when you quickly fly to elytra and loading NEW chunks, the structures themselves are spawned on the edge of loaded chunks straight bunch 2) teleport to random coordinates with NEW chunks and most often around you at least 3 structures in a radius of 50-100 blocks
  (understandably players most often encounter the first option, but when I was testing structures I encountered 2)

2)I had last season with Halloween structures and there were these heads in the structures, but now I started the winter season and in one of my structures ALWAYS spawn these two heads, although these heads are nowhere in the files, or in sonfigs, or in loot tables, or customitems , nowhere at all, but the heads are 0_0

And the problem is only with one structure, the other structures do not have these heads and they NEVER appear there

3)Sometimes it happens that a player is flying, and a structure appears in front of him, like this 0_0
I mean it's obviously broken, unloaded, I don't even know what to call it

And sometimes these blocks (like in the screenshot) exist, but they are phantom. like you can't see them, you can't break them, and most importantly, you can get stuck in them
