Make fields inside a fieldset inherit the access permissions of the fieldset #2045

I think it would be great if you could limit access to all fields within in fieldset based on the Access permissions for the fieldset opening field.

At the moment if you limit the access of a fieldset opening field, then the contained fields are presented on the main Content tab, which is really ugly. I would like to be able to remove these fields completely from certain users without needing to set the access for each field separately.

PS I was talking about Fieldset tabs here, but it might also be good for ordinary fieldsets?
