Can somebody get afloat to work in Safari 11.0.1 and Sierra 10.12.6?

My mysimbl Version: 0.5.3. and afloat version: 2.5.2.

Afloat is working fine in all other apps non system and system apps (like Finder). I restarted my Safari and mysimble and loaded the plugins into all apps successfully. Is this a new limitation of Safari?
