Stick ptw documentation and generic functions

Documentation for stptw is not adequate. Is trwdth now really in the true time axis units? This should probably also become the default for ptw itself (unless there is no time info). Plotting of stptw objects. does not work correctly. Print and summary methods should say that the stick version was used.
