This TRANSLATIONS.md seem to outdated, we want to the site have INDONESIA translation because Indonesian is our second language and our first language is our local language. We want Rust adoption become more massive in our country because we have 270 Million people in our country and the impact must be massive.

This is a known issue. The Pontoon tooling for translations is not usable at this time.
