Rust has:
let PATTERN: TYPE = EXPRESSION else DIVERGING_BLOCK;
but it should allow:
let PATTERN: TYPE = EXPRESSION else CONVERGING_BLOCK;
if
PATTERN
contains a single named variable. e.g.=>
