components aren't populated

I tried loading runway in gh but it doesn't generate the required components and asks for runway to be reinstalled upon launch. I am excited to try it out.

Same issue here for a colleague and I. I installed Runway.gha (unblocked and all that business). However, inside GH I only have a single component called Runway with no inputs or outputs. When opening the example files I get errors for missing components.

This is on Windows machines running Rhino 6. This might be a Windows only issue as we've seen evidence of it running on macs.
