Discrepancy between wallet balances in various apps

A user in Zeus Telegram reported 3 different balances depending on which app they were using:

1. Citadel
2. Ride The Lightning & Thunderhub
3. Zeus & lncli

The reason for the discrepancy is apparently different calculations of the wallet total depending on reserves and commit fees. We should try to get the balance in Citadel Dashboard to be the same as in lncli at least, which should be the "source of truth" imo.
