Ruffle Mobile - keypress reading

Ruffle allows to RUN most flash games on mobile, which is AWESOME

But..

Only games based on mouse / tap can be played.

Could be udpate Ruffle to read KeyPress events created on page by a JS ?

I guess some sort of API would be needed ?
Another option would be to create a built in keypad overall like the iphone app ARCEMU
