Kiosk & Kid modes not hiding settings #10

I noticed that in Kiosk as well as in Kid modes the config menu remains open and fully accessible even though some of the options within the config menu like "retroarch setup", "pi-config", etc. are set to hidden, they still appear as normal.

If I change theme, the options are hidden as per the config.
Has anyone else noticed that with this particular theme?
