Display pledged item "received status"

Related to #77, but not required for it.

It would be nice if people could see the status of their donation: that gives the dual benefits of guilting them into keeping their information accurate and confirming when an expected donation was received. It might look something like this blue text on this view (but maybe green after arrival and red if it never arrived):

This feature will require the client (site managers or admins) to update this manually, so we need to make sure it's something they actually want before implementing.

This feature will require adding some sort of received status attribute to pledges, an interface for site managers/admins/etc. to update this, and an indicator for users.

This isn't a ready issue; we need more discussion about how the org will manage this (/whether they really want to) before we're ready to implement this. I'm general, if something is tagged "needs discussion", it's not ready for code.

Sorry, I thought that if you just needed to decide if the org want it, then we could have a PR ready. Or maybe a branch you could demo. I'll hold off.
