Allow all users (including anonymous) to purchase items

What do you mean by purchase items? It looks like the Purchase button brings you to Amazon right now–what behavior are you looking for?

(Alternatively, if @Brennaleker knows what's going on here/in #41 and has it handled, great! 😄)

Presumably this is a reference to allowing users to click through to items on Amazon, but I'll defer to @Brennaleker on this.

putting a pr out for this right now, I misunderstood the original requirement and had logic to only display the checkout button for users who were not admins or site managers
