I've add repository but when install package I can't find sublime-rufo. I use sublime 3 build 3143

please check wbond/package_control#1334 for possible solutions (reinstall Package Control or change downloader_precedence order), it's a problem with the updated github SSL config and the python lib Package Control is using atm
