inventory management is complex enough to warrant its own issue.

things to think on:

menu options
- increment, decrement menu options
  - what magnitudes?
  - can i use a secondary prompt to do the follow ups etc?
  - presets for resting (restores 2d6 - should output roll as reply, too)

Advanced Skills

could live in a menu of its own
click to mark rolls (e.g. set as selected)
rest button checks the menu, offers choice of rolls, rolls them.
roll functionality? make a toggleable setting?
is a limit of 25 acceptable?
