Changes to SecuriteInfo provider configuration

Since release 1.8.0, I have made changes to the default SecuriteInfo configuration, and I thought I'd share. The following patch illustrates my modifications:

In human-readable terms: I added two disabled URLs, and enabled the spam_marketing.ndb signature file by default.

If you would like to try these changes for yourself, before the next release, feel free to update your Fangfrisch configuration file accordingly. Feedback from testing the changes is appreciated.
